Cardan shaft measurement in confined spaces
Alignment of a cardan shaft under very tight space conditions was possible
with the ROTALIGN and Intelli-Point measuring mode.
The measurement of cardan shafts on Unimog trucks was carried out by Winter Grün Markiertechnologie GmbH at their production site in Wilnsdorf. Due to space restriction, the procedure involved the removal of the cardan shaft and the use of the PRUFTECHNIK Intelli-Point measurement mode on the ROTALIGN platform.
