Effective June 24, 2019 PRÜFTECHNIK Dieter Busch AG has been transformed into PRÜFTECHNIK Dieter Busch GmbH.

Only the form of corporation has changed (from AG to GmbH). The identity of the legal entity remains the same. As such, all contractual, legal and business relations remain valid.

Effective with the June 24, 2019 entry in the commercial register, PRÜFTECHNIK Dieter Busch AG has been transformed into a limited liability company (Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung) under the name PRÜFTECHNIK Dieter Busch GmbH. The change has been registered in the commercial register of the registry court in Munich under the number HRB 249643. Dr. Sebastian Busch and Dr. Thomas Rohe are Managing Directors of PRÜFTECHNIK Dieter Busch GmbH.

This change has no effect whatsoever on customer relations, employee relations, contact persons or contact information.
